“There’s a new qualification in town and it’s called the ‘Level 7 Certificate In Injectables for Aesthetic Medicine’. Not heard of it? You soon will!
Ever since the Keogh Review, the government has had one eye on the aesthetics market with a view to delivering safer treatments for patients. For the non-surgical cosmetic sector including treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, hair restoration, skin rejuvenation and laser/light therapy, progress has come in the form of a new Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (the JCCP) and also with the recent approval of a new qualification by OfQual-registered organisation ‘Industry Qualifications’.

SkinViva Training hope to launch their “Level 7 Certificate In Injectables For Aesthetic Medicine” in early 2017 to new and existing customers. It is hoped that delegates who have already done some training with the company will be able to obtain credits toward the qualification in recognition of prior learning.
The Level 7 will be offered by SkinViva Training to doctors, dentists, nurses, paramedics, midwives and pharmacists.
