“What is the Level 7 Injectables for Aesthetic Medicine qualification made up of?.”
“In short, students of the Level 7 do a 1 day Foundation Course (aimed to get everyone to the same level of knowledge before starting the real meat of the qualification), then move on to completing coursework assignments (known as Short Answer Questions), undertaking a minimum amount of clinical supervision where students observe procedures and carry out practice procedures under direct supervision, and then finally complete 8 OSCEs.
“Although I’ve written the various components in that order, the reality is that it’s extremely flexible and students can complete it in any order they wish…although clearly it makes sense to do the Foundation Day before anything else!”
Key Components to Level 7 Qualification
- 1 day Foundation Course
- Coursework assignments (known as Short Answer Questions)
