SkinViva Training Manager
Our SkinViva Training manager joined the team in Summer 2017 after working in the Customer Experience team at the SkinViva clinic. She therefore brings with her a wealth of knowledge within customer services for the aesthetics industry and is always on hand if you’re looking for advice regarding your business.
Outside of SkinViva Training, Emma also devotes her time to running her own travel agent’s business, which she affectionately refers to as her “hobby”.
Keeping eternally busy doesn’t just mean always being on your feet. As Emma well knows, it also means nurturing the mind and with a degree in interior design and a diploma in forensic science, we’re pretty confident that our energetic manager has this one covered too!
Georgie joined the SkinViva Family in November 2015 as a Sales Consultant. Georgie brings with her a wealth of experience and comes from a strong Sales Management background with a Customer centric focus.
Georgie applied to work for SkinViva Training as she passionately believes in our core vision and values and has a genuine interest for Aesthetics.
When Georgie is not working she enjoys nothing better than cooking, relaxing with family and friends and caring for her two babies, Tinker and Belle (feline family)!
Jay, our customer-centric Sales Consultant, joined the SkinViva Training team in October 2018, bringing with him an abundance of experience from the world of consultative sales and management.
From the moment Jay arrived, he fit in perfectly with the well-established team because of his passion for helping delegates build their aesthetic businesses, and also because his own personal values and goals are so aligned with those of SkinViva Training.
This native Mancunian enjoys spending his time spare time staying active, keeping fit, and relaxing with family and friends. Jay aims to have travelled to 50 countries before the age of 50! 19 down, 31 to go!! (We’ll leave you to guess his age)
Beauty Therapist Sammi, from Manchester, was with SkinViva for around two years before joining the SkinViva Training team as Customer Services Coordinator.
Having worked in salons herself, she is exceptionally knowledgeable about the aesthetics industry and able to advise our training delegates on the ‘sharp end’ of the business as well as the most appropriate courses.
In her spare time, Sammi’s a fan of the great outdoors, spending time walking the dog and taking her kids to the park.
Suzanne has been working as the receptionist for SkinViva for a year and a half. I recently joined the SVT model team in September 2 days a week. She loves actually getting to see and be a part of the model/clients journey. Helping people to get their confidence back gives her a massive sense of satisfaction in her work.
She says her baby girl is Peanut the English bulldog, who’s 2 years old. She enjoys doggy daycare while mama (Suzanne) can enjoy working for SVT.
Ashley joined the training school in May 2016 as Training Coordinator, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his work at other clinics in the area.
Born and bred in Rochdale, Ashley was a Gold Medal Gymnast in his youth, taking part in competitions all over the country.
Having worked as Customer Services Coordinator for SkinViva, Nikola has a great insight into the aesthetics industry, understanding first hand what clients expectations are.
Nikola joined SkinViva Training in 2017, bringing her experience of the customer journey to the training side of our business. She can now advise delegates on the realities of life in salons/clinics, providing great insight for those looking at a career change – as well as ensuring that bookings and courses run smoothly.
Customer Service Director
Since graduating from the University of Bristol in 2002, SkinViva’s Customer Services Director, Miranda, has worked in a number of industries including healthcare regulation, but describes her current role as the most rewarding by far.
Miranda has been with SkinViva Ltd since it was founded in early 2008 and has an extensive knowledge of non-surgical treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers. She’s also played a key role in the setup and launch of SkinViva Training to ensure we deliver a great service to all our delegates.
Outside of work, Miranda likes cooking for friends and – weather and country allowing – snowboarding and scuba diving.
