Fiona MacaskillI am a Business & Confidence Coach specialising in the Aesthetics industry, backed by a diverse background. Previously, I spearheaded SkinViva Academy & Clinic, overseeing a multitude of aesthetics training courses and managing a high volume of clinic appointments each month. While maintaining my connections at SkinViva, I am now fully dedicated to coaching, in addition to serving as a business consultant for two global skincare enterprises.

My coaching approach is personalised and geared toward tangible outcomes. I’ve breathed new life into start-ups and dormant ventures, leveraging my proficiencies in operations, sales, and localised marketing strategies. My strengths encompass refining client acquisition, enhancing sales, and crafting extraordinary customer journeys with a deep understanding of the industry. My primary focus is collaborating with clients who share my enthusiasm for progress and excellence and are dedicated to working diligently to attain their aspirations.

Within the aesthetics and skincare realm, I offer pragmatic coaching skills. My business ethos is founded on simplicity – integrating practical wisdom, robust business acumen, and inventive thinking to attain enduring triumph.

Mary Munro – Clinician & Business Owner

Mary MunroMary has been a nurse for over 12 years and focused on emergency and acute departments in several NHS trusts throughout Somerset. Mary continues to serve in the NHS, only recently returning from overseas deployment to assist with patients isolated to their ocean vessels.

Aesthetics treatment is a passion for Mary, and she is a graduate of the Mastery Aesthetics Programme at SkinViva Academy.

Recognised for wanting to share his knowledge, James progressed into sales training roles and then further down the line, into sales management in another consumer goods company within the same industry.

Having then spent the last 6 years in the Professional beauty sphere as national Sales manager for Schwarzkopf Professional UK, looking after a portfolio of 2800 salons, and tasked with helping them grow their client base and visit frequency through his team of sales reps and line managers. James is uniquely placed to offer insights in to how to successfully, and most important confidently, upsell to your clients.

King Street Townhouse has an ideal location in the heart of Manchester. The hotel is a 10-minute walk (or five-minute taxi ride) from the city’s four main stations: Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester Oxford Road, Manchester Victoria and Deansgate, or a five-minute walk from the Q-Park Piazza on St James Street, where the hotel has an agreement of 25% off parking for all guests – a link to book the parking along with a discount code will be shared nearer the time of the event.
